Rise Up Fitness is a small private training (fitness) studio located in East Norwalk, CT, offering a wide array of fitness services, both in one-on-one and small group training settings. Rise Up Fitness is your all-in-one stop shop for your fitness. Whether you want a total, intense, full body workout or a restorative Pilates or Fascial Stretch session--this is the gym for you.
Services offered: Pilates Apparatus, Boxing, Strength Training, Boot-Camps, Fascial Stretch Therapy; all taught by instructors who specialize in their specific niche.
Quality over quantity is emphasized and is carried through the workouts and design of classes. All classes are limited to 7 people to ensure that everyone is moving correctly and progressing properly. The goal is to build a community of people who enjoy working out and learning to move better to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT
Rise Up Fitness CT offers a wide variety of classes. Every weekday there is a morning and evening class that focuses on different elements of fitness. Whether you enjoy cardio or strength training, there is something for everyone. Personal training also offered for: Mitt-work, Pilates, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST).

"I have been to a lot of gyms and none have really felt like "home" to me. Coach Bruce and his staff of hardworking trainers are great! I feel I've definitely found new confidence in myself as I properly learn the basics of boxing and strength techniques. Would recommend trying a group class or one-on-one to see what I mean.
