Growing up in Norwalk, CT, Coach Bruce Ceja found a passion for fitness: Boxing, Pilates, and Strength Training at a young age. He comes with ten plus years of knowledge and experience: "The reason why I love being a trainer is that I love to help people get better. Whether that is physically or mentally, I know the positive effects that fitness has had on my life and I want to share that passion with everyone."

John is perhaps the strongest person pound for pound that you will meet. Specializing in Calisthenics and Olympic lifting, John will get you stronger. Whether you want to throw some heavy weights around or just move your own body weight, he will get you to move properly and make you feel stronger than you thought you could be. 

Max comes with a strong background in boxing and has perhaps the best mitt work on this side of the Mason Dixon Line. Although he specializes in Boxing, Max has acquired many training techniques along the way. Using his creativity and vast background of training, Max will keep you engaged and progressing towards your goals.
